Management Team
Mike Foster
President
Mike Foster is president and is in charge of all sales and recruiting operations. He has over 20 years in the staffing industry, he started his career at Oxford Global Resources where he was the number one recruiter in revenues out of 300 nationwide. He joined WorkBeast in 2010 and is being instrumental in the continued growth and success of the company. He has a degree in mathematics from Bates College.
Cesar Valencia
VP Recruiting
Cesar Valencia is the VP of Recruitment Operations and has been with WorkBeast since 2011. He has assisted companies in industries ranging from healthcare to blockchain technology and sizes from Fortune 500 to brand new startups procure the right talent to allow them to achieve their goals and objectives. He has an MBA from the University of Miami and a Bachelors in Economics from the Universidad del Norte from Barranquilla.
